Orders Less Than $1,000

Return of Physical Items

  1. Has your purchase been within the last 30 days or does it qualify for the SOAR Guarantee? If yes, proceed to step 2. Otherwise, your purchase is not eligible for return.
  2. Confirm with SOAR® you have authorization to return; contact us through our Contact Us page. We will then supply you with the shipping address to send your return to. Please include the packing list with your return.
  3. Once we confirm that the items have been received in re-sellable condition, we will process a refund for the full purchase amount (less shipping and restocking fee) to the credit card used to pay for the order.
  4. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (based on total purchase price).

Return of Digital Items

  1. Once digital materials have been accessed, they are not eligible for return. (Your purchase may qualify for the SOAR Guarantee.)
  2. If you have purchased a license within the last 7 days and have NOT logged in, you may request a refund. Contact us through our Contact Us page.

SOAR Circle Membership Return & Cancellation Policy

  • No Refunds for Current or Past Charges: Membership fees already charged for the current or past billing cycles are non-refundable. 
  • Cancellations for Upcoming Months: To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellation must be completed at least 5 business days prior to the 1st day of the upcoming month. 
  • Initial Subscription Period: The initial 3-month membership ($147) is non-refundable. Members may cancel at any time to prevent charges beyond this initial period.

NeuroReading Circuit Coaching Course Return Policy

  • The NeuroReading Circuit Coaching Course is classified as a Digital Item and follows SOAR’s return policy for digital products. 
  • Digital items are non-refundable once access has been granted or course materials have been delivered. 
  • Please refer to the “Return of Digital Items” section for full policy details. 
  • If you meet the criteria for returning a digital item, you may initiate a return by contacting us through our Contact Us page.

SOAR GPS Consulting Return & Engagement Policy

  • Refund Policy: Once the SOAR GPS Consulting Intake Form has been submitted or 7 calendar days have passed since the date of purchase (whichever comes first), the purchase is non-refundable. 
  • Client Responsibilities: 
    • Clients must complete the intake form and schedule all consulting sessions using the provided scheduling link (e.g., Calendly) in a timely manner. 
    • SOAR is not responsible for delays or non-fulfillment due to a client’s failure to schedule sessions or submit required documentation. 
  • Abandoned Accounts: Accounts are considered abandoned if the client fails to respond, schedule, or submit documentation within 30 days of initiation. Abandoned accounts forfeit any remaining services or deliverables, and no refunds will be issued.

Orders $1,000 or Greater

Return of Physical Items

All physical product orders totaling $1,000 or more are final sale. No returns will be accepted once the order has shipped.

This policy update is due to the high costs associated with restocking, shipping logistics (especially for drop-shipped items), and increased risk of product damage from multiple shipments. We ask that customers review large orders carefully prior to order submission.

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel an order before it has shipped by contacting us directly Contact Us. Once an order has shipped, it is considered final and is no longer eligible for cancellation or return.
