How to Order (Schools)

We’re thrilled you’re ready to place an order! Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Request A Quote

If you haven’t already, you can create or request a quote, here.

Step 2: Place Your Order

Submitting a Purchase Order?

We accept purchase orders from schools and certified educational institutions.

To place an order, please email a copy of the purchase order to [email protected] or fax to 888-676-8481. 

Please be sure to include an email address with the purchase order, indicating where you would like online/digital access sent.

Paying with a Credit Card?

A 3.5% credit card processing fee will be added to all orders over $2,000. To start the process, contact us to pay via credit card. In your request, please describe what you would like to purchase, and how many students and teachers you will be purchasing curriculum for.

After submitting your request, a member of the SOAR team will review your order and send you a secure link to complete your purchase with a credit card. Please expect a response within one business day.

Step 3: Delivery of Curriculum

Online/digital access (Apps, Teacher’s Guide, etc.) are emailed within one business day of receiving your order. Books should arrive within 5-10 business days. During holidays and peak times, delays may occur. Tracking information will be emailed automatically as soon as the order ships.

Note: SOAR cannot control the delivery days/times of UPS, Fedex and USPS. We recommend closely monitoring tracking information to ensure successful delivery, and coordinating specific delivery requirements directly with the carrier.
