SOAR Circle Guarantee & Fit Policy

• SOAR Circle is billed monthly with a 3-month minimum commitment.
• You may initiate cancellation at any time.
• After the 30-day guarantee window, cancellations take effect at the end of the current 3-month commitment or billing period, whichever comes later. (Example: If you cancel in Month 2, your access continues through Month 3.)
• Access continues through the final paid period.

Membership fees are non-refundable beyond the initial 30-day guarantee.

• Studio support is ongoing and personalized.
• Studio includes a 3-month minimum commitment.
• Requests to cancel or change Studio may be made at any time.
• After the 30-day guarantee window, changes take effect at the end of the current 3-month commitment or monthly period, whichever applies.

Due to the customized and time-based nature of Studio support, fees are non-refundable once a service period begins beyond the guarantee window.

• SOAR GPS Consulting is a scheduled, one-time consulting service with limited monthly availability.
• GPS includes 3 months of access to:
  • SOAR Circle
  • Studio Independent resources

GPS fit guarantee

If, after the first GPS session, you believe the service is not the right fit:

• You may request a review, in writing, within 7 days of the first session.
• If it’s determined that GPS is not an appropriate match for your needs, we will:
  • End the consulting engagement, and
  • Refund the consulting portion of your payment.
• Access to Circle and Studio Independent for the included 3 months remains active.

This guarantee applies before further GPS sessions occur and is intended to ensure alignment — not to evaluate outcomes.

SOAR GPS Consulting is a short-term, focused consulting engagement designed to create clarity and momentum. To support this, sessions are completed within defined timeframes:

Getting started
After purchase, families complete a required intake process, including:

• Uploading relevant documents
• Responding to guided questions

As the final step of this intake, families are prompted to schedule their first GPS session.

Session 1 scheduling window

• The first GPS session must be scheduled and completed within two (2) months of purchase.
• Scheduling is initiated by the parent as part of the intake process.

Between sessions

• Following the first session, Susan prepares written deliverables and sends them to the family within 7 days.
• These materials include guidance on next steps and a prompt to schedule the second session.

Session 2 scheduling window

• The second GPS session must be scheduled and completed within four (4) months of delivery of the post-session materials, unless a different timeline is mutually determined during Session 1.
• The recommended timing between sessions is discussed during Session 1 to ensure the spacing supports clarity rather than urgency.

Waitlisting

GPS sessions are scheduled based on current availability. In periods of high demand, families may be placed on a short waitlist. Scheduling windows begin when session availability is offered, not during periods of active waitlisting.

Unscheduled or unused sessions

• GPS sessions are not open-ended. Sessions that are not scheduled and completed within the timeframes above are considered forfeited.
• This policy exists to protect availability, clarity of scope, and fairness across families.

Cancellation & rescheduling

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• If you cancel more than 48 hours before the first session, your payment will be refunded minus any completed preparation or document review work.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the first session are not refundable, as that time cannot be reassigned.
• Missed or late-canceled GPS sessions cannot be credited or rescheduled.

Once additional GPS sessions or follow-up work have occurred, the consulting service is considered delivered and non-refundable.
