Our philosophy

SOAR Circle and its related services are designed to support real families through meaningful work that unfolds over time. This policy exists to create clarity up front — so decisions about participation, changes, or exit are simple, predictable, and low-stress for everyone.


If it’s not a fit

If you decide that a SOAR offering (Circle, Studio, or GPS) is not the right fit, you may initiate a change or cancellation at any time, subject to the time boundaries below.

Most changes can be completed without a support conversation by following the cancellation or rescheduling instructions provided in the Member Area for the corresponding service.

When needed, our support team is available to help clarify which option applies — not to negotiate outcomes.


 

Our 30-day fit guarantee

(Circle + Studio)

All SOAR Circle and Studio enrollments include a 30-day fit guarantee.

If, within your first 30 days, you determine that Circle or Studio is not the right fit:

  • You may cancel during that window.
  • You will receive a full refund of payments made.
  • Access will end at the time of cancellation.

After the first 30 days, standard participation terms apply.
