Here’s How We Can Best Help You…
Firstly, THANK YOU so much for inquiring about how you can best help your student. We are always happy to help dedicated parents and caregivers (that's YOU) who want to help their children the very best way they can. In fact, it was Susan Kruger Winter's struggles as a child, followed by her own children's struggles that fueled her passion to create resources to help students!
However, the particular meeting you're attempting to sign up for (a SOAR Ask & Learn Call) is not designed to help parents/caregivers directly with their individual needs & circumstances. The SOAR Ask & Learn Calls are geared towards the complexities of delivering curriculum in a classroom or schoolwide adoption. Therefore, we don't want you to schedule a call, only to discover at the beginning of the call that you're not able to get the help or answers that you need.
But, do not worry! We still want to help you, and here's how...
PLEASE send us a message here. We're VERY serious... This is NOT us saying, "just email us" as a kind way of telling you to "go away." Quite the opposite! EVERY email that we receive from a parent looking to help their own child absolutely WILL receive a response from Susan herself, Brian (Susan's husband & Co-Founder of SOAR), or another member of our team. In some cases, our highly knowledgeable and trained team are able to quickly and efficiently get you the exact resources that you need. But, our team will NOT attempt to answer questions that they are not fully confident they can handle. In this case, you might get a direct response from either Susan or Brian.
Also, once we have responded to your email, it doesn't mean the communication is over. If you have further questions, simply reply to our email and we'll keep corresponding until either you're comfortable and clear with how we can help, or else we've exhausted every possible way that we feel we can help you.
So, once again, THANK YOU for being an amazing parent/caregiver, and PLEASE DO follow through by sending us a message here.

Oh, just FYI... In most cases, we respond in approximately 24 hours. But, sometimes it may take us a little longer if we're trying to coordinate with Susan and/or Brian. But, if you have not heard from us within 2-3 days, please email us again. Every once in a while, even with the best of systems in place, emails can get lost.
