We may share student achievement data with a User’s parent/guardian upon request.
Under FERPA, we guarantee a parent’s right to access and review their child’s (user’s) data. Parent’s , upon request, have the right to review data collection surveys before administered to student.
Public reporting on student use and performance

Data about student performance will remain anonymized, but aggregated. This means that when you log in to our website using your Google account, we access your first name, last name and email address to facilitate the log-in process. This data is used for the purpose of Single Sign-on. Student data is not shared with any third parties, while teacher data (first name, last name, & email) is shared with the SOAR Learning, Inc. Customer Resource Management (CRM) service located at Keap.com. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information.
