Our philosophy
SOAR Circle, Reading Studio, and GPS Consulting support real families through meaningful work that unfolds over time. You can initiate a change at any time. Minimum commitments protect continuity. Expectations are set so no one is guessing.
30-day fit guarantee (Circle & Studio)
If Circle or Studio isn't the right fit within your first 30 days:
- Cancel during that window
- Receive a full refund of what you've paid
- Access ends when the refund is issued
After the first 30 days, standard terms below apply. Membership and service fees are non-refundable outside the guarantee window.
SOAR Circle — Membership
- $147 upfront covers your first 3 months of membership
- After month 3, membership continues at $49/month unless canceled
- After the 30-day guarantee, the upfront 3-month payment is non-refundable
- You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your paid period
- Price lock: as long as you remain continuously enrolled, your rate is grandfathered — price increases don't apply to you
SOAR Reading Studio — Ongoing Support
- Billed monthly with a 3-month minimum commitment
- You may cancel at any time. If you cancel before the 3-month minimum is complete, the remaining monthly charges of the commitment still process, and access continues through the end of month 3
- After month 3, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month
- Price lock: as long as you remain continuously enrolled, your rate is grandfathered
Because Studio support is customized and time-based, fees are non-refundable outside the 30-day guarantee window.
SOAR GPS Consulting — One-Time Service
A scheduled, one-time consulting service with limited monthly availability. Paid in full at purchase.
Included: 3 months of SOAR Circle and 3 months of Studio Independent (self-guided access to the Studio platform and materials, without live sessions or drop-in support).
GPS fit guarantee
If, after Session 1, GPS isn't the right fit:
- Submit a written request within 7 calendar days of Session 1
- If we agree GPS isn't an appropriate match, the consulting engagement ends and your full payment is refunded
- Access to Circle and Studio Independent ends at the same time
This guarantee applies before Session 2 and evaluates fit, not outcomes.
Scheduling & completion timeline
Getting started. After purchase, families complete a required intake (documents and guided questions). Scheduling Session 1 is the final step of intake.
Session 1 must be scheduled and completed within 2 months of purchase.
Between sessions. Susan sends written deliverables within 7 days of Session 1, including a prompt to schedule Session 2.
Session 2 must be completed within 4 months of the delivery of post-session materials, unless a different timeline is mutually agreed during Session 1.
Waitlisting. In periods of high demand, families may be placed on a short waitlist. Scheduling windows begin when availability is offered, not during waitlisting.
Unscheduled or incomplete sessions. Sessions not scheduled and completed within these timeframes are forfeited. This applies to stalled intake as well — if Session 1 is not scheduled and completed within 2 months of purchase, the engagement is forfeited with no refund or reschedule.
Cancellation & rescheduling
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before Session 1 are refundable, minus a flat prep fee:
- $500 if intake has been submitted and review has begun
- $1,000 if document review has been completed
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before Session 1 are non-refundable
- Missed or late-canceled sessions cannot be credited or rescheduled
When services include other services
Studio includes Circle. GPS includes Circle and Studio Independent. If a purchase is refunded under the 30-day or GPS fit guarantee, access to included services ends with it. To continue with Circle or Studio after a refund, enroll separately at the current rate.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact support first — we'll work through it with you directly. Initiating a chargeback forfeits access to all SOAR services and voids the guarantees in this policy.
How to initiate changes
