…or we will issue you a full refund for your purchase. To be eligible for this guarantee, you must:

  1. Sign the agreement form and email it to us within 45 days of the date on your school’s order/purchase order. (Our email can be found on our Contact Us page.)
  2. Be prepared to return specific components of the program (books & assessments) and/or have usage of digital materials verified, as evidence that the program was used with fidelity. (As listed on the Guarantee Agreement Form.)

Due to the nature of digital content, and in compliance with standard video purchasing procedures, we are unable to issue a cash refund for videos.
